Motivational letter I consider my self as hard worker and organized person, making sure that I know when my deadlines are and what I need to do, to achieve them correctly. I have initiative in all that I do making sure that I push forward every time. Multitasking is one of the biggest aspect that I carry with me, so that I can get things done quicker and on time. Thinking positive even when things are tough helps me not to panic but keep calm and carry on with the task ahead even if it means asking a question along the way, to help me pull through. Sometimes one will have to sacrifice some things for work and I am prepared to do so in order for me to learn more and move ahead in my career.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working with staff members. I haven’t learnt everything that each department does, payroll, accounting and Investment department, I was even a rep under supervision in the Investment department, wrote RE exams. When my department is not busy I hep other departments with their backloads, preparing financial statements, EMP501 recons. I am a great asset to have. The challenging thing with tax department is that most of our clients are over 60 years and they are retiring and with the sars threshold for submitting returns we lose a lot clients each year.
