I'm the team player

I believe on having a plan for a day before the start of the day. I'm good in team work that includes my excellent in team communication. I do take coworkers view into consideration. I enjoy working towards achieving company goals. Challenges of working with different people and servicing different suppliers and clients can be challenging but if you certain about making clients happy then no challenge will not be successful.

Pros: I believe in knowing what I do will bring up opportunities
Cons: I'm used to working long hours even working weekends and holidays won't be an issue

Learning curve

A typical day for me involves putting teams together and delegating tasks. In between coordinating the yard, I step inside for some admin and check on the cashiers. I encourage the staff to work as a team and to help each other. During my time I have learnt more about admin and have grown to enjoy it. The thing I find most challenging is the long hours, sometimes only leaving close to midnight and trying to create a balance between work and home.
