Good Learning Curve

-Working in a company that promotes excellent work. -Working within a great team of colleagues. -Exposure in business development aspect with assisting the construction department with ensuring their documentation (eg. CIDB applications)is compliant. -I assisted in the R&D department with the report on products made out of fly ash waste.

Pros: Great exposure to diverse tasks (some outside construction)
Cons: Limited prospective growth within civil engineering/construction

My typical day at work involves code, doing peer reviews and systems engineering work. The company allow employee to grow in their career path and promotes academic advancement
