Always prepared to go the extra mile. Enjoy different challenges and being involved. Enjoy helping staff members and knowing and understanding each ones role and filling out that role when necessary and being able to help make others roles more productive and ensuring employees are in a happy environment.

I'm having 11 years experience in FMCG. I'm currently unemployed and seeking for employment. I have management skills and willing to learn and grow. I have working experience in receiving,dispatch,production,warehouse and systems. Good computer skills and staff training skills.I've got Audits experience and discipline experience.

I have been in the FMCG industry since 2002. I have management skills and willing to learn and grow in the company.I know how to speak 4 South African languages. I'm good with staff discipline. I have experience in receiving,despatch,production and warehouse. I'm having FMCG industry systems training. I'm currently unemployed and seeking for employment.

Proactive and energetic

I'm a fast leaner. Good management skills and willing to take on new challenges. My vision in a company is to growth and be the best at my work. I would like to add value at the company and infrove on duties on a daily basis. Willing to relocate. Long working hour was never a issues for me. I'm very energetic and believe in lead by example. Aways take on new challenges. I don't believe in failure and second best. I have excellent communications skills knowing 6 languages out of 11. Good in teaching and training staff. Always insure th a standards and policies are taking very serious at all times.

Learning curve

Pushing hard and long need to start my family. Work fun when things happen. Love learning new things. Dream big play big. Play hard work harder. Chef in me that's what I think and do. Want to learn more. Loving new things.

Poorly managed company

Lack of management support No trust in sales representatives All decisions taken at management level, no delegation Cannot negotiate on price, always delayed decision from management Sales reps blamed for poor sales but price and supply not competitive in market

I'm currently unemployed. I have been in the FMCG industry since 2002. I like new challenges so that i can overcome them. Leading is one of my greatest performance. Well spoken and energetic person. Have a great influence with staff, excellent communication skills knowing 4 languages.
