I have learnt at my company to work with different people in the Gauteng area. With every site there are challenges but the companies support has been tremendous, but the potential for promotion has reached its limits.

Quick learner and team player

Excellent working relationship with staff. Working day at the company is normal which is largely due to department cooperation. Have learnt that through team work success is guaranteed. Mostly enjoy to work with the staff by sometimes get the hands dirty. Have realized that this tends to break tension and that people doesn't feel that they have to proof themselves again with new management charge. Receiving payment on time especially if dealing with government jobs.

Pros: meeting people especially on site.
Cons: working late to make death line due to late payment.
