Excellent learning curve

Is a good place to work at the culture is good there is enough room to self-study or to upskill. The relationship with co-workers was good it is a small company the communication was open every one knew what everyone is doing managers and seniors were always available. I have learnt to be a self-starter, multitasking, being a team leader, creating planning for small projects to communicate with the right people mostly managers to know what is constantly changing in terms of business, technology, economy and business processes. I enjoyed being part of a great team of self-starters I learned a lot from the team and management it was a great office space. The pressure of work sometimes can come pouring you need to manage and multitask and problems that took longer to solve was also challenging.

Pros: Good culture, good office space and have enough time to up-skill.
Cons: work distribution among employees

The Company does expose you to good opportunities if you work hard, the working hours are flexible.

If you are not out at Clients consulting, then you are probably at the office where you are upskilling yourself, or junior Consultants, otherwise helping out with Support work or assisting people that are at Client Site. I have a good relationship with my co workers, I have learnt alot from them since they are always willing to assist when needed. I have learnt about SAP Solution Manager, Change Request Management in particular, as well as System monitoring configuration as well as Consulting skills. I love being given the opportunity to learn new things. They have a Demo box that you can use to upskill yourself in SAP Solution Manager. They have an open door policy for their stuff. They also offer mentorship and financial guidance/planning for their employees. You also get to work across different industries.

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Doesn't pay

Servicing Customers

Started a Support area within the company. Maintained open communication with Client and service providers. Chased up on tasks outsourced and sent feedback to customer. No updates from suppliers was also fed back to clients so they could be aware they have not been forgotten. I learnt how to communicate with customers at varying levels. I had a good relationship with my colleagues fostering a mutual respect and uplifting working environment. Challenging aspects were feeding back to clients when suppliers have not kept to their agreed tasks and timelines or bad quality work was supplied.

Pros: Good learning place
Cons: Outsourced service providers often lead to disappointed clients.
