Excellent place for experience

Working there was eye opening and gave you good job experience as this hotel was situated in a great location and was always busy. It has its ups and downs but al, you needed to do was just focus on your work and do it according to the book then you would be fine. I enjoyed working with my colleagues a lot, and yes there were fights amongst us but that was resolved immediately.

Excellent way to learn to work under pressure.

Working at the Blue Waters Hotel is very educational, as there is always something new to be learnt and the vast variety of clientele allows one to learn more of what each guest would require from you. This property also allows you to experiment and learn what type of worker I would be, and it allowed me to realize what it is to be dealing with the different situation that may arise. It is very rewarding and exciting to go to work everyday.

Pros: Great learning environment and very hands on.
Cons: It gets to busy for one to comprehend.

. Great company, juts the hospitality industry, I've been managing 3 of the sister hotels. Pleasure to work in the industry, lively staff, guests are always amazing.
