Its a high pressure job.

Working should be about understanding your employees. The company management sometimea treats employees like they are nothing. . Commissions arent paid according to commission structures and that doeant sit well with most employees. We need a good wotking environment eciate their employees.

Have the opportunity to grow

I get along with everyone some days are quiet some days are busy ,, the most challenging aspects are when we have to go and collect vehicles from clients then we don't get to do our office work

Pros: it's a family business
Cons: there's always fudes
