Senior management is non existent. Horrible experience where you work without support.

Typical work day will find you doing no less than 1o/11 hrs. Client amount per day is unethical leading to warnings. Co workers are always frustrated, yet I find was to calm them and keep them focused. My relationship with my colleague was phenomenal. I've learnt the importance of having people skills in a managerial roll. I've always had them but senior positions did not. it is detrimental to a business. CRM with my clients, being on the road in trade. Keeping staff motivated.

Excellent learning curve

My time at this company has been great and beneficial in a way that I’ve sharped my skills of communication. I am usually doing admin and having to meet clients and meet targets daily. Co workers are friendly towards me and so am I. Time management is a challenge at this point.

Pros: Great opportunity to expand knowledge
Cons: Long working hours
