Self Management and Problem Solving

My job requires that I supervisor and coordinate the job cards of at least 8 technicians. This is a daily task which I must ensure that everyone is at the correct site at a correct time. I will also interact with clients to confirm the job to be done and to also ensure that after the service I do customer care call. So clients come with different problems and its mu job to ensure satisfaction. Technicians will also run into problems when on site and I am the one who must assist in resolving those problems,like testing,stock and other problems.

Pros: Great customer interaction,problem solving
Cons: No promotion and income not relate to duties done

Perfect learning and experience gain

This company taught me about working with speed thinking out of the box mostly people's lives were in my hands it taught me responsibility I loved this job whole heartedly everyone was helpful and friendly even though everyday is very busy I enjoy saving people's lives

Great learning experience

Blue security is a great learning experience, friendly environment great staff. Great higher management team. At blue you learn alot as you get on more responsibilities. Theres alot of room for growth, you get to help in other departments while doing that you get to know the other staff. Top management are always willing to assist and listen to the staff. Blue security has very friendly staff, it's like family. Things are done in a team effort that's makes working there enjoyable and remarkable experience.

Different form of collection

I need to work to prove my worth. I am methodical and organized. Credit control is to me a passion and reconciliation a challenge .thanks I got into credit control after a banking and insurance back ground at the age of 22. I decided that this is the line of work I would like to improve in and studied credit management. Never had the opportunity to become manager but I gained more knowledge.

Pros: Calling for outstanding monthly contract payments and call outs
Cons: To many customers for the amount of credit credit

Achieved and learned a lot

Working for Blue security has been great. The management really takes good care of their staff. The amount of training is given to employees is outstanding. I've learned a lot in my time with Blue security. There's a lot of pressure in our daily duties so you must be able to handle pressure. Time management is very essential so you need to prioritise your functions.

Credit controller

i have been in credit control and debtors for 30 years, i enjoy recons and queries. I get on well with any age group and interacting with people. Hard working, get the job done to the best of my ability, i like to be organized and clear work load by end of the day, i am not a clock watcher. Never take lunch time unless its urgent.

Pros: it gave me a chance to deal with recons and sort out the suspense account
Cons: it was a call center and target driven, no client service
