I am an accomplished Senior Level Projects / Construction Management Specialist

My core skills are: • Implement efficient building practices from design commencement to the completion of the project. • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes as well as other relevant regulations. • Being responsible for the appointment and negotiation of contractor contracts as well as approving work completed by contractors • Working closely with the Project QS in developing a budget and cash flow. • Developing a timeline for the completion of the project. • Liaison between the construction team, architects, designers and the owners/clients to facilitate communication, decision-making and problem solving • Planning for each phase prior to its start and supervising the progress of each stage of the construction phase. • Compile and issue accurate project reporting to the professional team and the client. • Working closely with the project QS to prepare and submit budget estimates, progress and cost reports.
