Theres a huge potential in learning company gives inhouse training on E Learning.
A typical day in the office is office is always busy, however we do get time to chat about general things happening be it in the news or work related. I have learned that working with each other helps in understanding how difference accounts are set from inception. I enjoy seeing happy clients and thrive on challenges each project or accounts has to offer. Month end rush is the most challenging one where one has to make sure that dead lines are met every month on time.
Pros: Opportunities are there however they dont come that often because people dont just up and live the company bacause of the comfort and the work satisfaction they get.
Cons: i can simply say if Management would have time to recognise the potential in their stuff and the time they put in in order to archive set goals.

Learning Curve
There is not much to say , i was a team player and we all grew close like a family. We all new each others weakeness and strenghts , if one was down the others will pick them up.. Our work space and enviroment was our home away from home. Thank you Roshanda Lamour

Complex environment
I am currently employed by Blue label telecoms, My current positions is a Trade marketing and consumer marketing in-depth across all channels nationally. I coordinate all trade marketing materials and events working very close with the graphic designer, and reporting to the trade marketing manager. we have a very strong team both professional and socially, the department is still young for the company therefore everything created by our is fairly new, including the processes put together by our team. I enjoy introducing productive change and the output after all activities. It is a challenging envirnment of which doesnt allow an individual to get off their tip toes, always aim for growth.

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy my work very much. Sales and Marketing is a new field for me and meeting and gaining new and old customers is very nice. I like heling clients and going the extra mile to assist them even in my spare time. I have learnt alot and also found new ways to sell and market the product. Everyday is a new challenge and I get assistance from the company and my supervisor whenever I find myself in a difficult situation.
Pros: Great opportunity and wide variety as well
Cons: Work on you own pace as long as targets are met

I developed a lots of untrained skills through various colleagues I had.
Working at Blue Label Telecoms was of great learning experience for me as I had to deal with daily solving of high be level queries. I've learned to also working in team with various groups of wonderful people from various backgrounds. That has gifted me with developing many untrained skills and the importance of putting our clients first. My only wish was for us as administrators to be paid a bit more salary than what we were paid but apart from that, it was a great environment for me to develop my skills and strengthen my character.
Pros: To be given a chance to learn various skills from different work discription: Call centre, using CRM system, computer skills, writing of professional emails to clients and engaging with clients professionally face to face

Under paid, long hours with managers who hinder growth & advancement
Blue label is a listed company on the JSE with a considerable retained earning on its financial statements. Unfortunately management is the only level of employment thats taken care of and awarded financially for the work done to reach such retains for equity. The retained earning are considerably high mostly because the company's most valuable asset (human resource) isn't paid nearly what is acceptable by industry norms.
Pros: Ample employee wellness channels and activities (mainly for those who afford the company's chosen medical aid)
Cons: Long hours without proper compensation
