Was an absolute pleasure

Enjoyed my time there. The only problem was there wasn't opportunity to grow. I would have loved the opportunity to move up . There should have also been chances to study through the company and sign a work back contract.

Very dynamic, deadline driven, fast paced company

A typical day at the office is very busy, from handling accounts, assisting reps and technicians, doing paperwork, filing etc. everyone at the office works as a team, so things run smoothly, never any office conflict. I enjoy the workload, challenging myself, seeing how much I can get done before deadlines. I have learnt to manage various activities at the same time, working under pressure.

A very large company that competitors are in fear of.

Good relationship,Always under pressure,No time to socialise with my co-workers.I most enjoy finishing my duties early and start with cracking jokes.I also like helping my co-workers were possible. The most challenging aspect of the job is our foreign customers who does not understand English,I have to visit them so that i can spend time with them trying sign language and to simplify what i need to tell them.

Pros: Not really,we really working 24 hrs a day,and we answer calls always for from customers.this is what i really enjoy.

Unleashing Full Potential

I have a positive participating attitude towards my world and the things I do and I also have a strong habit of making things simple so that I can work with ease. I am able to work on my own, as part of a team and as a manager of a team. I strike a good balance between taking ownership of a task and handing tasks to others. As a Quality Assurance Officer in a Call Centre I have learned to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment. I have an excellent ability to multitask and pay attention to details. Most of all Inmake sure I enjoy my work, I'm constantly thinking of ways to better my work space because I dont want to get bored because it will result in me underperforming.

Learning alot

Good company experience wise but the salary is not markert related which is very discouraging. The people are great and friendly. Team building is fun. Opportunity to work in different environments and learn more. The most challenging would be deadline week
