Its a great company to gain experience.

i get along with co workers, we close and support each other. except for those who are favored by the mangers even when they misbehave , the mangers are always protecting them for eg: absconding from work for 2-3 weeks they do nothing about it. they give us more work to do ( eg more campaigns) but they do not give us increases, what hurts the most is when you are told in meetings that the companies bringing campaigns are paying a lot of money but we are not paid for the extra work that we do. we tried raising our concerns with the management but the answer we always get from them is to leave and find another job.

Pros: there is no growth within the company.
Cons: we work from 8:30 till 17:00, 2 sat in and we knock off at 17, 1 Sunday from 9:00 till 14:00 and 1 week where we knock off at 18:00 o'clock.

Ten years as an administrator makes to proffersional

To work as an administrator at BLC is fun as we get to do and learn something new almost every day, its a company that is always having new ideas ether for work or in team buildings. Some of the challenges that we come across is when, the is an over change on customer's accounts and we have to investigate and do the refund.

Pros: Learning curve
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Learning curve, expanding of knowledge especially in the telecomunications industry

I attempt to resolve customer queries to the best of my ability. I process orders that are to go out for the day. I have a good rapport with my colleagues and at times it easy to work with them. I have learnt more about the product we are selling to our customers and everyday I learn how to better handle customer queries. I enjoy speaking to different customers on a day to day basis and i find great satisfaction once I find that I have successfully resolved the customers'query and have kept them happy.

Pros: Interacting with different persons on a daily basis
Cons: minimum salary for the amount of work one does.

Good learning curve

.When having call after calls for all different campaign we do at work which are:RMCS, Post Paid, Post Paid School Project,OTA,Moova Money,Boost,Tiaggo,Verssed,Dunns and Rica. .I have a good professional relationship with my co-workers and we respect each other. .I've learnt a lot in the company especially on how to handle hard customers and provide good service for them.

Pros: N/A
Cons: no growth and long working hours
