Excellent learning curve although the hours are not flexible and overtime is not paid.

It's a good company because they do hire you even if you do not have matric.and if you work very hard you can be recognised.although when there is stockloss.the are no investigations

Good

Working as a warehouse supervisor and stock loss controller, managing people very well and ensuring that tasks are completed daily and timeously. Planning and ensuring that stock is ready for dispatch and returns are picked up regularly.Staff trainings and receiving stock deliveries.Overall management of stock and ensuring that we minimize stock losses

Pros: Worked on a growing company
Cons: No much room for growth

Excellent in convincing customers

We convince customers to buy our product. It's very important also to represent well the product that we selling. We also have to make sure that we reach the target at the end of the day.

Pros: Great opportunity to meet with new people and associate with them.

Good way to gain experience

Learning how to communicate with customers and also teaching how to sell to certain customer. Long hours and no over time, you get one off a week but during the festives season there's no time off. Work is challenging as you have to deal with all kinds of different personnel.

Learned how to work effectively and productive

I have a obligation of a day to day target that needs to be reached. I work well with my co-worker, we share ideas we plan our day to day activities together. I have learned a lot in this job and position where buy now I have the skill to uplift individuals in a workplace, encourage them individuals to perform to their out most ability. . I enjoyed seeing co_wokers learning how to do thier job and being the best. The most challenging thing I had with this job, was when I would have to be a security of the store I managed, where buy at times I was required to check on the store when the alarm went off at night.

Learning curve

I certainly know that my experience and qualification is of high value to any large business in this field and can be an asset to any business who will consider employing me. I am very passionate about this work and decided to make it my career. I am willing to learn anything new and are open to any challenge.

Pros: Not where I really see myself
Cons: Just not my forty and don't get enough rest to be fresh and staying focussed on the primary concern.
