Challenging ,there is still a lot to learn and there is time to relax .

I learned a lot when i was a manager by four stores,three restaurants and one family store .i realised that i a peoples person,i used to have meetings with the staff before opens ,just to motivate them and in the process i was also getting motivated by them .i learned never to relax by not doing my everyday duties thinking it is not necessary,since the store is not going to be busy,i learned that if i am disciplined my staff will also be. i only way we all can get what we need is by doing the right thing ,hard work ,staying focused and loving the work you are doing. treating customers with respect at all times,it is not always one can make a customer happy but by showing commitment,handling them with calmness and showing respect brings more business for the company.

Pros: if i work hard i can be a manager or start applying for other couriers that are more advanced and at bigger places
Cons: The working hours are from 8:00 till 17:00 but i work till 18:00 or 18:30 the latest .i have to wait for the drivers to.come back from their different locations,make sure that i managed to pick up everything then to back to my office to responed on all the mails re

I have the ability to multi task ,the ability to answer emails and the telephone in a professional manner .I have excellent administration skills. I am looking forward hearing from and am available for an interview at any time

Pros: I am a loving person ,I am myself, I don't allow people or the situation change what I believe in. I try to be positive at all times and not to compare myself to others. my get esay if I get hold of the client's before I send the driver to collect or before delivering. my work is challenging but very interesting it needs one 's full attention so relaxing thinking the work is less.It gets frustrating when I am behind with my emails and I am trying to respond on the emails and the telephone rings and the drivers also sending messages to be called.
Cons: I knockoff at 17:00 but I work sometimes till 19:00 .I try to get done with my work before I leave for home.
