-Launched the BCL Website (www.bcl.co.za – did all the content writing for it (besides some recent news pieces)). -Increased Social Media Following by 200% -Initiated an SEO campaign that successfully moved Blue Chip Lubricants up to the first page on Google results (from the 9th page of Google Results) organically when searching Lubricants South Africa and Lubricants Gauteng. -Successfully organized the Launch of Q8Oils into South Africa through Blue Chip Lubricants at the Automechanika show 2017 which landed us in 17 print and online publications including Engineering News, Pretoria News, Cape Times Business Report and African Petrochemicals. We also won a Bronze Award for our Stand at the show.

I started my career in pharmaceuticals and currently working in manufacturing environment. I analyze, supervise and manage all Laboratory Department activities. Establish, execute, review and evaluate laboratory procedures and policies and procedures for operating functions of laboratory. I also perform responsibility of Laboratory Document Control, head responsibility to maintain laboratory records, reports and files. I am repeatedly praised for working with a high degree of accuracy and speed within a deadline-intensive setting, I know how to troubleshoot issues, verify findings and ensure optimal quality controls.

Exelent opertunity for skills development and strategig management skills

Manage all production operations, Maintain maintenance shedule, manage HR and staff applications, design and development of new equipment as well as manufacturing. Budget management of expenditures. Research and development. Technical drawings. Training of staff in opperational functions. Position held is Chief Engineer and Maintenance Engineer

Pros: Working independantly and scope to be creative
Cons: Position has a performance limit

Direction of company very unclear

Company has great employees, not so sure about where we are going as a company. Great plans fir growth, but what they have said has not materialised. Communication between staff and management is not good.

Pros: Learn a lot
Cons: Doing work out of my scope and having access to confidential information about staff, risk.
