I enjoy working on project managemnt though is challenging at some stage

The current job I am doing is exciting as it gives one an opportunity to interact with other colleagues and external people through meetings or planning session. Everyday is a learning day as we deal with lot of documentations and some legislative documents governing the construction industry. on the projects that are under construction there are lot of activities done as is a bulk of the project scope therefore I enjoy that a lot. The challenging part of my job I will is the information/knowledge where you are expected to know different laws, legislature and procedures that needs to be done when, how, by who

Cons: This job requires that one work extra mile as the position is a performanace based contractor and one need to meet deadline even if it mean working extra hours without compensation

Challenging and enjoyable

Each day is a challenging day and a learning for something different as this industry is encompassed with lot of legislative requirement that must be followed. The team work principle is always emphasised in our team and colleagues are willing to work together ultimately reaching the targets set for the department, And with team work I have learnt that anything can be achieved as long as everyone respects the responsibilities assigned to them. What I enjoy is that each individual achievement is the whole team success. And the most challenging aspect of my job is the procurement processes

Pros: Getting Exposed to the different Fields
Cons: changing of procedures regularly contributes to extra hours spent on updating on new procedures or regulations
