Experienced IR Management, Performance Management and Recruitment and Selection

I have obtained extensive experience in dealing and driving HR matters and excelling in performing my duties as an HR Project Manager. I have good interpersonal skills, communication, leadership skills and able to deal with all levels of employees and management. I am assertive, pay great attention to detail and because of my passion for HR I have a drive to succeed. In 2003 I joined JD Group where I worked as an Internal Auditor / Forensic Auditor for four years. I then moved to Human Resources at JD Group where I started as Human Resources Generalist, then moved to Industrial Relations Specialist. Working in three different business departments, Finance, Internal Audit and Human Resources created a blend of mixed competencies which collaborate each other in day to day business functions. I am an outgoing extrovert, I enjoy being with people with same mentality, aspirations and cognitive attributes.

Great company to work for

Everything is urgent, sometimes it feels like one didn't plan her day, but was always used to the pressure and the demands of my role. I had a good working relationship with my co workers I have learned to accommodate everything in my normal working days
