Excellent staff that work very hard and long hours every day to assure that their work is up to par

Working as a team to assure our work is done correctly , accurately and on time. Coming up with new ideas to make our work easier and to get it done faster. Liaising with each other so that production continues smoothly from quote to drawings to manufactured product. Liaising with contractors and suppliers to assure that material and work done is within an accurate timeframe. Attention to detail Inspection of products to detect any flaws Improvements to components for better products Cost effective , looking for ways to cut costs or time for the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and expand ones knowledge.
Cons: Low salary , long hours , no real growth , rough work environment, harsh directors

I have learnt a lot of new things at Blindsmart firstly it's a company that does wholesale of different types and sizes of blinds.Everyday was something new to learn my job description was to capture all paperwork all documentation client call and queries stock import and export.Staff was really good to work with we worked as a team.I enjoyed working at Blindsmart.
