I love working for a company that takes good care of their employees

At Blinds Mart they care about their employees and always want the best of them. My relationship with the co-workers is exceptional and everyone is friendly and helpful.. I have learnt that work is important to me and that a man should work to provide for his family. I enjoy it when they congratulate me on the work I've done. The most challenging aspect of the job is when there are urgent orders and when the company didn't have the chance to meet the requirements.

Pros: I'm likely to be promoted to Stock Controller position
Cons: 8-9 working hours

Basically its from pulling out ordes ,quality checking of stock; loading and offloading, driving installation of blinds or shutters depending on schedule and dealing with customers

Pros: No room for growth or greater challenges
Cons: No recognition
