Excellent learning curve experience

A day shift is fun being a Tele advisor to some that want the advice is great you lend a ear to their complaints giving them advise on how to free themselves of debt .Working can sometimes be boring but also challenging when you set to meet a target while working with co-workers an assisting agents in language barrier calls can be funny an exciting also cause in the process you helping someone get somewhere in their day in reaching their kpi. I learnt alot how to handle rude an inpatient clients calmly an ensuring that advice was given so you know in their quiet time your voice will be at the back of their minds.I enjoyed the going home part when I knew I completed my days job to the best of my ability but mostly was being top collection agent going home with a montly incentive I knew I was doing something right.What I find challenging which most of us do is the constant change of campaigns but gracefully we some how would pull it off ...

Pros: No opportunity for promotions it's about getting friends in the positions they want an working hard workers out their jobs
Cons: the hours are bad 6days a week and 3days 8am to 8pm no time for family or friends
