Start work at 07h30,call debtors and arrange for payments. What I've learnt from it all is to be humble at all time, because you get to interact with different people from different places and different attitudes. What keeps me going are my co worker, we are like family . The most challenging thing with this job are working hours. You work a 12 hour shift 3times a week and it does get tirring.

Excellent Learning Curve

I had no call centre experience however I have gained so much knowledge in terms of debts. I have grown within the business and learnt so much on debt rehabilitation and how debts has impacted our country's economy. I enjoy resolving customers queries and sharing my knowledge with the next person. I also enjoy working independently or as a team, I'm a team player. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with angry customers.

It is a debit collection agency

very busy , long hours , short breaks for long hours . 7:30-7:30 three days a week . Some days it is 7:30-16:00 I have a very good relationship with co-workers I have learnt to be patient, I am more informed of how things work , including prorata I enjoy talking to the clients , at some point I can relate on a personal level hence can relate to customer as well The most challenging thing is that it is very hard to make stats when one has to trace and also we have to keep calls at a limited time or else it's known as ' burning ' data

Hard working excellent curve

I am pleased to submit my name for the post. I afforded the opportunity of filing this executive post.I undertake to work to the best of my ability and bring recognition and prominence to the organization. I can say a typical work day ability to work under pressure,meeting deadlines working as a team player. My relationship with co-workers is very strong nice communication,Discipline and initiative to work with minimum supervision. I have learnt so much in this two years such as striving for service excellence,loyalty and dedication to duty. I enjoyed the working hours strong team that loves each other and mostly the incentives. The challenging aspects of the job was that manager is very picky doesn't treat their agent as the same.

Better basic salary would increase earning possibility in terms of increasing incentive bonuses

Target driven environment Job title includes coaching n mentoring supervisors and agents in order to achieve collections target Must be thick skinned to survive especially when KPI results are not favorable

Excellent learning curve and a room to develop as an individual and a professional

The company has 6 days working days a week, where 3 days a week usually are a 12 hour working day from 07:30 am to 07:30 pm. I have a good professional and social relationship with my senior and junior coworkers including the management team. I have helped to develop new employees and have also learnt a lot from my seniors too. In the previous year I have learnt the importance of being able to comply with the company rules and regulations, to be punctual, to manage my own time effectively well, to work indecently as an individual with minimum supervision assistance and to meet my job requirements stipulated. what I enjoy the most about my work is that it is a highly professional and disciplined environment that has helped to develop and learn. I found the long working and most working in a week quite challenging as we even work on most holidays in a calendar year.

Pros: there is a great opportunities for improvement, it's a highly professional environment and disciplined.
Cons: long working hours, many working days in a week, no December shutdown and working on holidays.

Excellent inhouse system's

Working in Blake has given me different acknowledgement of their in house systems. Everyday is not the same in a target driven call center. With 40 different staff you need to adapt to their personality and manage them accordingly. Working with colleagues has always been a pleasure has I am a team player. The thing I most enjoyed is the people I have met in the company and the clients I have acquainted myself with over the years. The most challenging part of my job was performance against competitors where we had to rank 1st against them. With 7 sub campaigns it was not easy it took alot of hard work and determination. In order to achieve this I had to keep the staff motivated and it was not easy to change people's mind sets. I strongly believe that by keeping people happy in their workplace will give you the performance you need.

Good computer literate curve

I would say that it is a good entry level of customer service but there is no growth within the organization.The salary is good start point if you haven't received a first check.

Great people working there

Ita nice working environment with good coworkers where you get family and freinds. With the job there are a lot of working hours. You cannot participate on other things with the job as it takes most of your time.

An excellent stepping stone to greatness

hours are long ...so much favouritism..no room fr promotion unless you are Muslim.Employees are treated as robots must give explanations even whn applying for annual leave..which is entitled to you...annual leave is only 2 days.wrking weekends and public holidays is the worst.
