Excellent learning curve and fast learner

Im a person who loves to inter act with people so since I was working in a Casino I enjoyed that the most. with my colleuges I've learned much from them and they actually helped me to grow and I believe that inroder to learn something you need to learn it the hard way so at Blackrock I learned everything the hard way and I can say I am perfect with everything now because everyday we learned new things

My work journey

I have a good working relationship with those around me, everyday is a new investigation and it makes each day more challenging than the next. I look forward to understanding what has been done the night before and how to improve upon it. I love the feeling of solving an investigation. It is very rewarding however sometimes the hardest part is finding out good staff and 'clients' are not always truthful. It isn't the best feeling but it has to get done.

Pros: I love what I do because I am good at it. I know what to look for and how to go about doing it.
Cons: 12 hour shifts are not easy to get through

Opportunities for advancement.

Great company to be employed at. Cosiderate of employees and their well being. Provides opportunities for advancement of education, skills and qualifications. Employees are friendly and easy to interact with as well as respectfull towards mamagement and fellow employees.

Pros: Benefits, Good environment, Opportunities for advancement.
Cons: Long hours, difficult clients.
