Experience

I monitor materials to identify concerns and to keep the costs low. I evaluate employee’s skills and knowledge regularly, providing hands-on training and mentoring to the individuals with lagging skills. Basically, my job is to ensure that the production processes are managed according to engineering best practices. This exhibits my competencies as a chemical engineer in managing, leading, application of technical knowledge and analysing. It also reflects level of dedication, eagerness and discipline I carry, for this was achieved within a short period that I have worked with all projects I have been involved in. I firmly believe that knowledge and experience I have gained will add value to the advertised position and ultimately your organization.

This company is still growing so there is no offers at all

As a multi skilled plant operator candidate who is always willing to learn, I am always there for my team. In this world you up until you die, what I am trying to say is even though I am the captain of the plant crew I do learn some from my crew

Pros: There are opportunities but need great experience since the company is still growing
Cons: It depends on customer request, sometimes we work abnormal hours

Even though challenges are there we try our best to do our jobs

As I said before even though there are some challenges especially financial but management try their best to make us feel valuable in the organization so we like a small family trying to strive for good goals

Pros: Not that much since the organisation is still and slowly developing
Cons: I am used to work under pressure hence sometimes we have to start early sometimes knock off late to satisfy our customers
