I need to gain experience in the Human Resources department as I am qualified.

I am interested in working in the Human Resources department as I have a qualification. I graduated in April 2016 with a National Diploma in Human Resources Management. I have previously worked as a Data Capture and Admninistrator . I have a good relationship with my core workers . At the time that I have been working for Black Balance Projects I've learnt to work under pressure and to prioritize my work, I've lean't to delegate as well.

Design Experience

Working at Black Balance has taught me how to be responsible in terms of handling an entire project, from design and drawings to contract administration and forming good communication skills. The focus on any project is to deliver accurate and correct information to the respective parties with pride. I enjoy challenging myself and being able to perform under tight deadlines and forcing myself out of my comfort zone.

Multidisciplinary learning experience

A multidisciplinary environment with civil engineering, architecture, town planning, and economic development. Business units have individual performance targets but also have joint projects in order to give the client a holistic solution.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about other disciplines
Cons: No room for career progression
