Excellent Learning curve

To work at my company is extremely challenging, because all of the companies paperwork with regards to tendering must be done timeously on a regular basis. A typical work day is always hectic as things needs to be presented on time.I love working with my co-workers and it's not always fun and games, sometimes we can get into each other's hair, but that is where it ends, it is always just about work. I have learnt a lot since I started working here, I started just as a normal receptionist, however as the years went by my boss let me get involved with a lot of other things way out of my skills, however it has changed for the better. I enjoy working with people, those in the office, the ones I speak to daily telephonically and the ones that enters the office for whatever reason. People on a whole is what makes a difference. Challenging aspects of the job, is tendering , because of all the competitors. Not always getting the tender.

Cons: Normal working hours in a day

Stressful environment

Work is very demanding, relationship with coworkers are very good. Bosses are a bit disrespectful towards us which is very challenging. We work long hours and we never get to finish the first task given, before the other even starts. I have learned a lot for the years I have been there in comparison of when I first started my job there ad a Receptionist. I am in Procurement, helping with the BEE and assisting in the tender department

Cons: Overworked and underpaid
