Getting experience

It was nice when they welcoming me I then thinking planning seing that I'm growing In terms of work its like its normal thing to work and have a lunch but at some stage I was working over time and not getting it month end Our relationship was not so bad they are the good people I have learnt a lot in my work driving a loaded truck in all situations including paper work job I enjoy traveling too much and earn month end The challenge is to push. Work if not working less salary

Earning experience

Its a small company that it growing slowly I have worked there its like a family company acting unprofessional at any time if they need you they will call its like working abnormal hours no overtime paid but worked

Pros: Promote without up salary
Cons: Overtime that not pay
