I am a very fast learner, I can easily adapt to new enviroment

Good day Waking up an knowing I am going to work, its like you excited about your birthday. I don't really see the people I am working with as co-workers but more as family. BKB is a agricultural company and I don't have any background that industry, but now I know the different type of sheep and cattle there is. I like the travelling a lot especially when I have to go to the farm nice and fresh air.

Pros: People are BKB biggest asset
Cons: traveling late at night

Im a fast learner and can easily adapt

What I think of my company

There is no such thing as a typical day at bkb Granco. Guaranteed. Step into our office and you’ll meet one colleague who’s busy sorting out client, and another who assist in logistics and trading or in the finance department. From the open seating plans in most of our offices (our CEO included too), to the way we engage with each other, there’s a curious, independent spirit that’s distinctively BKB GrainCo. I studied HR, but I landed in logistics it is very different in what I have studied. I have learned that being in a logistic environment is stressful but enjoyable too. There is a lot of interacting with different people involve and that what I enjoy most. Is getting things done and being on top of your truck drivers and owners.

Pros: opportunity to study and be part of ethical groups
Cons: theres not really any growth in the company where logistics are concern

Perfect learning environment

I get along with my fellow CO-worker very well. People are at BKB if you make a mistake instead of judging or shouting they'll show youthe correct way to get it right the next time. At the company I learn slot everyday

Cons: long lunchtimes on short days

Good company

I had helpy relationship with my co workers, a very bussy company during the day, full of many challenges, I learn so many things like being included to participate during deciplinary action,i also enjoy the long hours and weekend

Excellent learning

I worked at BKB for5 years and I experienced many challenges like customer service and time management even learnt to treat other workers with respect so by giving me this position you will not regret your self

Unleashing your potential

* It's long working hours with little pay and no overtime compensation. * I have a good working relationship with my colleagues. * The various aspects in the finance department in different divisions. * Travelling the borders of South Africa and the life experiences. * Investigating finance issues and reporting on the downside of the branches audited.

Cons: No overtime, no bonuses

Excellent learning curve

the most challenging jobthe job is hallenging and theyeir pay is not goof ata all. i have learnt many things but i enoy working outsideof which it is the opportunity that i wanted to grap with my both hands
