Working at Bizxcel is an awesome experience with room for continual improvement

I'm one of a few over 40's employees and working with all these young, vibrant fresh out of college colleagues is both exciting and challenging. The company is a growing company but at times i feel it's growing a bit slow.

Pros: Bizxcel is a great company where you can grow your potential.
Cons: Even though it's extremely exciting working environment the salary can definately be better

I find my current job both exciting and challenging, it gives me an edge for growth.

Working at Bizxcel I enjoy the benefit of growing and working in a environment where 60% of the staff is half my age. This environment have developed me and stretch my capacity to remain on the edge. It's awesomely great to brain storm with so many young minds and as much as they can learn from my experience I have the opportunity to tap into their enthusiasm. I believe this culture creates an environment of continual improvement to which I'm fully committed to engage.

Pros: Working at Bizxcel gave me an awesome opportunity increase my capacity in both admin and managing people more effectively.
Cons: It is an industry where change is continuous, especially South African Revenue Service related processes.

Bizxcel is the Perfect Entrepreneurial Training Ground

Working at Bizxcel is great, since I've started here I learned a lot. Especially in the area of Taxes and the different Tax Types. My previous Position at the South African Post Office was Non-Financial Manager even though I had to draft my department's annual budget. I meet new people almost every week and I've learn to work with a Diverse group of people with different priorities, demands and convictions. I have an awesome relationship with most of my co-workers and Superiors. I still at times find the industry challenging but also strechting my capacity.

Pros: Working at Bizxcel gave me an awesome opportunity increase my capacity in both admin and managing people more effectively.
Cons: It is an industry where change is continuous, especially South African Revenue Service related processes.

I learn a lot at bizxcel, the Challenging environment is extremely exciting

My typical work day can be exhausting at times as it entails extreme inter-acting with clients and management of staff. The demands of my clients is extremely challenging but we at Bizxcel has enhance a culture of excellence and continual improvement. I have a good relationship with most colleagues and since I've been here I learned a lot. I enjoy working in an environment where 70% of my colleagues a much younger then me. They are vibrant, analytical and on the edge with their task. this creates an exciting atmosphere every day.

Pros: I get to learn a lot in the area of Taxes other Labour related matters.
Cons: The Salary could definitely be better
