I enjoy working with people from deferent levels and what is challenging about my job is when staff booked for work doesn't pitch up and you have to come up with a plan and give explanation to our client why we cant make a daily target

Pros: There is opportunity to grow
Cons: working long hours without pay

Can be negotiated

I assist with Admin Duties, I deal with the recruitment process, when CV being received, I screen the CV, than do a ref Checks, call in the drivers for testing, and prepare for induction, once all that done I than open a file, 2nd I help with the pay queries, leave and change of banking details,

Pros: overtime not being paid
Cons: no finishing time
