Excellent learning curve

Well ground company that treats everyone as family, structure well balance, influential, coworkers are more like friends, brothers, sister relationship. the learning curve is so character building, informative, knowledgeable and allows one to take the initiative on their ideas and opinions. the most challenging aspects of the job is being put on the spot onsite at a clients services and requirements juncture.

Opportunity for a promotion

Office Work by answering phones Sales Rep, selling of our company's Items Communicating with my co-workers internally Making arrangement for meetings with Clients I learn a lot on telephone manners and to tread a rude client I enjoy that I know how to solve problems and meting my targets The most challenging it was when I did not met my target

Pros: I am a hard worker and wiiling to learn more
Cons: I haven't got a problem to work under pressure

Unethical

Room for improvement on the management side. No truth to their promises they do not take care of their staff. They're very sexist. They are unfair in staff treatment and don't pay their staff the required amount

I enjoy working there, it's a family netted business .

I have learnt to do quotes, learnt how to be a receptionist as I relieve the receptionists when need be. I also learn alot from the IT guys even though I take long to grasp information and how things are done but I eventually catch on.

Pros: It is a family netted business, they don't make a person feel inferior.
Cons: Getting the same pay as I did when I was an intern.
