Excellent learning curve

A typical day for me would be to get my team going in the morning, assessing the site and making sure all areas are safe before work commences. Then place orders for material and assist in the procurement there of,currently working on a big project where there are many contractors and i learn alot from what i see.what i enjoy most is everyday i learn something new and over coming the new challenges it brings as well as liasing with the principle contraccontractor.

Good learning experience

A typical day at work is making sure that correct materials are on site,that at any given time all the staff have work, make sure that all HSE standards are practiced and adhered to by employees. Conduct weekly tool box talks,assess the work place for continuous risks and hazards.

Pros: Everyday I learn something new
Cons: No room for growth
