Good working experience

Working at Biscotti is a blessing. I get along very well with management as we meet mondays for our food safety meetings. I also get along very well with the rest of the workers in the factory since I work with them closely during he day. We relate a lot because most of the factory workers are young and im also young so most of the things we talk about relate. Above all, I have learnt to be proffessional and be able to separate work from frienship zones. I have also learnt that you have to push harder as an individual for management to recognise you in the field you do. I have my own routine of how I do my work since I dnt do one thing everyday. So I have a schedule. I enjoy my training sessions with employees the most because their feedback is always positive and they give good marks. So that means I am good at my job!!! The most challenging aspect of my job is facing the external auditors, but with great courage, hard work and determination audits are a smooth ride.

Great learning oppurtunity

Started off in an entry level position and was able to grow to a managerial position. My days are full of meetings, reports and training other employees. Work environment was good until an entry level employee did not agree with management. Management disagree with the way things should be done which has madethings unpleasant. What I have enjoyed most is the growth and oppurtunitiy to learn, I just wish I was allowed to learn more. The most challenging part of the job is the disagreement of management and the disruption of employees. There is a way to handle the above and make things better.
