Great work experience as i am required to wear more than one cap

Great learning curve, working and dealing with people from different backgrounds and races. Adapting easily to the ever changing environment and learning what the academic industry entails. I have learned that people have their own ways of dealing with issues and building mutually benificial relationships both internally and externally.

Pros: Possibilities of Promotions and assisting people with challenges i never thought i could be able to handle.
Cons: Conflict between staff members and the long working hours without imbursements

Learned a lot in my internship programme

Ability to work well I'm a group and being able to work with people Gained interpersonal skills Communication skills Gained experience in the field My internship programme helped me in gaining experience and in being able to work with people and improved my communication skills by doing presentatios and also organising events

Great learning curve

Every move had to be written down Short lunch time I have learnt patience, interpersonal skills. I enjoyed working with different people The boss was very rude and inconsiderate sometimes But only wanted the Best out of every one .

Pros: Great career growth
Cons: Working long hours and 1 off day in a week

Excellent learning curve

Best Platform of Learning and Proving to be the Best... Promotion is Possible and also Academic Privileges are given to deserving Staff .. Growth is encouraged. Pleasant Working Conditions and all the Staff is Trained to work with one another.. Star of the Quarter was Compulsory to encourage productivity. Interacting with Different Clients on Daily Basis. Dealing with Students.
