Need more stimulation in current work place

I work from 9h-18h00. i started working as a Receptionist and later started to manage the salon. Work relations with staff is caring and professional. I have learned how the manage staff, handling client complaints and how to up-sale products to clients. i enjoy helping client and making them feel relaxed and welcome. Most challenging aspects of the job will probably be handling arguments between staff members.

Great Learning curve

I am currently Managing a salon. Love working with people and am a great team player. My typical work day is to make sure all the clients are happy and well taken cared off. To make sure staff members do there work and helping them to manage there appointments and time management. What i enjoy about my job is the peaceful environment and also when the salon gets busy and challenging. Work well under pressure. Most challenging aspects of the job is maintenance of the salon equipment.
