I believe in a team player organization that make a company to grow,i have learnt about different kind of people that I encounter day by day problem solver, to adhere to procedure and rule that are set by the company,i enjoy see company running smoothly,seeing staff member working and the most challenging is when company do not make profit or sales are dropping

It's an amazing place to work for if you are a starting manager as a junior manager you can learn a lot of how retail is and the vibe the company gives is amazing I love working for Billabong

Billabong

Hi guys Im truly happy working with billabong they been treating me well and takes good care of their staff.Billabong is the store that made me fall inlove with retail reason why because I enjoy working with customers and making sure they feel welcome in the store also make them walk out the store with smile. Billabong is one of the greatest company I ever enjoyed working for. I was supervisor at billabong ones.but then got retrenched, because billabong canal walk store closed down then I waited a about 2months looking for a other job but then guess what billabong v&a took back with open arms..I am truly blessed and happy working for this great company. But I am willing to take the next big step in life if there comes good offers towards me.

Excellent learning curve

Warm welcoming staff. Great place to learn and to express yourself. Not each dY is a like but there are more good days than bad. Laissez-faire managerial style is in place with a low uncertainty avoidance.

Billabong,what a great experience

It is an absolute pleasure working fir GSM trading (billabong). You get to meet a lot of people from all over the world. Working in a team has always been a strength to me. The pressure I don't feel as one has to prepare beforehand. Wow Gsm is an absolutely amazing company to work for. They've also taught me a lot. Cash ups,filing etc. Billabong is a great company. In the 2 years I've worked here my colleagues and I have such a great bond we're basically like family. The most difficult was always allowing the customer to be right though they're wrong but hey! I'm doing it..

Pros: great knowledge of surfing and it interacting with customers boosts ones confidence
Cons: working over weekends
