This is a B&B with a restaurant on site.

My responsibilities involve managing the front office and restaurant .This includes taking bookings,checking in guests,waitressing and the being a house keeping manager.It is a very challenging job but also a great opportunity to gain more experience and learn as much as I can .Being calm helps me to maintain good relationships with my collegues,seniors and guests as well. Being in this position also teaches one punctuality and neatness.As one has to be presentable at all times.The restaurant encourage one to learn how to interact with different types of people at all levels. I have improved a lot on the aspect of public speaking. Multi tasking is also one of the great skills that i have improved and this makes it so easy to work under pressure.One of the most concerning issue is the one of safety as there is no security guard on the property.

Pros: Good opportunity for learning more about the hospitality industry
Cons: Very small salary
