Experctional learning curve & insight on the industry

A typical work is offen hectic and expectionally busy. Therefore team work is key and building good relationships with co-workers creates a pleasant enviroment. & in my current experience this speaks for itself. The industry has tought me that communication in a working enviroment is key to success. Customer service is of utmost importance & should be of excellence. i have futhermore learnt that deadlines are crucial & needs to be recognised at all times and met. Reacting to problems quickly and systematically and fostering a team approach to problem solving. What brings me most joy of my job is my interaction with clients, meeting know people whether it be face to face or telephonically. & the relationships & friendships I've built. The most challenging part aspect of my job is dealing with difficult & sometimes extremely rude clients. Remembering to remain calm & dealing with the client in the appropriate manner is what makes the task eaiser.

Have a excellent learning curve and is always willing to go the extra mile.

every day is like a typical work day. I meet new people everyday everyday. i have a good relationship with my co-workers. we all have new challenges everyday and learn something new everyday. i like everything i do at work everyday and all my work are equal. my challenging aspects at work is getting all my packages on time to the clients and keeping them happy.

I am always open to learn and to go the extra mile

My I my typical work day includes scanning of driver trip sheets in the morning Ensuring their checklist of vehicles are filled in correctly My relationship with co-workers are always in line with company procedures Always listening to them I always try to assist where ever I can I have learned to multi task I have learned to be able to understand what it I to work under pressure Learned to be able to work with any race groups and to understand them I enjoy working with people I enjoy working in the transport / logistics environment The most challenging aspects is when I have a breakdown on 1 of my vehicles

Seeking more challenging opportunities

I am a CA (SA), qualified in 2012. I have worked at both PwC and EY. I also had the opportunity to work in the UK. Most recently I was the Finance Manager at Bigfoot Express. I am a very competitive person and high flyer. Personal development and group is very important to me. I am therefore seeking a more challenging role.

Pros: managing a team of individuals in finance, flexible hours, tearing and training of staff, ability to make changes in the department as required
Cons: learning and growth is stumped, no other CAs in the company

Stressing but solvable, Good relationship, many things I have learnt

They not treat us as one. They still have that color thing. The environment we work other is not good The way they slave us and not paying the money that we deserve

Fast learner and great capabilities of achieving desired results

I have enjoyed my stay here for all these years I have been working here. I have a very good working relationship with my co-workers and managers. I have brought in some experience and have achieved some of important goals here like help cutting down unnecessary overtime, improve service level to customers and so forth. I have learnt a lot as well. Discipline is one of the aspect I have learnt here and working under minimal supervision. I have mastered the art of taking my own initiatives and seldom go wrong. I am not afraid to ask where and when I don't know. Working night shift has also build me as a person because of time frame we need to perform under. It has helped me mentally as I need to stay focused at all times.

Pros: I foresee great future ahead of me
