It is an excellent opportunity to learn s I have worked for parastatals uch longer

I work 3-4 days a week and start s early as 07:00 as some jobs are in the construction environment. I work mostly with men and they always willing to show me the robes. It is important to build healthy relationship while maintaining boundaries and respect at the same time. And most importantly to be tken serious when you have to instill discipline. I got to relearn the imporance of safety especially the public, the importance of safe guarding the area of work. Deliver quality end product and proper planning as well as planning for emergencies. Good relations between satke holders and clients. I i enjoy the flexibility of the job and being able to be trusted wtih taking decisions. The most challenging is last minute changes from customer and still try to meet the deadline

Cons: At times hours can be long

Excellent learning curve

Learnt to know how to communicate with customers in a good manner and how to treat other people. I now know how to work fast and not to fight with people am working with but to solve whatever problem we have without a fight or quarreling.Treating your co-workers in a good way will made me to enjoy working with others,only thing that was a challenge to me was late cuming but i now know how to fight that

Excellent challenge

Started own business after my buyout at Vox telecom witch include the selling of motor vehicles, importing goods and manufacturing of decor. I'm looking for a new challenge and more stable income.

Pros: Own boss
Cons: No work no pay
