Exceptional employee development

Great room for growth and an amazing experience, always a pleasure to work in a team environment. With the working pressure and everyone always busy there's barely enough time for family. Solid foundation for team building

This has been an great opportunity for me as I had no experience with the entire operations

The company has a great potential for its employees but lack of structural support which strains the employees from time to time. I had a very strong subordinates which were doing their utmost best to get things done on time but fail at times due to lack of support. The company had a long development plan goal for its nominated employees which I was part of it .

Excellent learning

Company is good for entry level employees who want to learn about warehousing and supply chain industry. Salary is not that much and it needs someone from matric as a first job

No form of comunication from Management

I have learnt a lot from the current and former co-workers , being it basic human appreciation, the one thing that I enjoy about my Job is solving system issues that users face on a daily basis and have built up knowledge on how to get user back on line speedily, the one thing that I don't like about the Company is that the management does not communicate with the employees about the feature of the Compony

Good learning curve

I am a young lady with 5years experience as a HR/payroll administrator .I've worked on SAP, Accsys Pastel and VIP which I learnt very fast, I've worked on a payroll of just over 3000 employees so I understand how to work in a pressurised and deadline orientated environment , i'm looking to be awarded an opportunity to be in a stable and growing environment where my work is recognised. I know I can add value to a company if given the chance, I take pride in my work and do it to the best of my ability and once I'm showed something I can work independently.

Dealing with international people as well as different races to achieve a common goal

My experience gained from previous project has taught and shaped me to understand more effectively the need and importance of being on point with every task at hand as that is the only key to a successful project. Like to evaluate my team on task given to them to measure if we are to complete on a scheduled time. Also interacting with people on the floor to make them aware of our goal as a management team
