Day starts at 06H30, getting employees ready and loaded for the days work this process takes until 08H00. In this time period not only getting the teams ready for work but handling all employee issues, vehicle issues, absenteeism etc. Once teams are out the administration part of the position starts and also customer queries and requests for service and documentation. The position is high pressured and takes a strong personality and organised persona. The day usually ends around 17H30 when all teams return from the days work and all problems are resolved and sorted for next day and vehicles are loaded with stock. What I have learnt most is that you can not stick to your plan of the day as when dealing with customers and staff and co-workers things change in an instant. What I enjoy most is working with the staff and customers. The most challenging aspects of the job is the personalities of co-workers and how they interpret customer service.

Sales experinece of its kind
Cold calling , Calling clients to Obtain orders- invoicing, Filling, Sourcing of products for clients from various suppliers. Doing quotation and often attend Government tender briefings. Good working relationship and often passing business to each other based on different departments. Often going out with representatives where there is potential for my side of business. I have learned that one can never work as an Ireland. team work is very important as all our positions overlap. Interaction with the customers . Achieving my targets which have doubled in this financial year.

Myself
Being a safety officer made me learn how to be a good communicator coming on sharing ideas and solving problems with my team, making me a better leader willing to go extra miles for my team. I still improve myself by studying as the journey of success is long without hardwork.

Good Stability
Good relationship with all employees Work begins immediately every day . Daily functions of a creditor's clerk must be completed on time. The only challenge is not receiving immediate correspondence from superiors

Great growing curve
Excellent learning curve Daily challenges Friendly but cautious Customers are difficult to work with but have to be satisfied I have roughly 10 years experience in Administration within different companies and sectors, therefore I have a broad understanding of the expectation and responsibilities in that field. I am trustworthy,responsible,independent and a fast learner

Excellent for teaching direction
Working at BIDVEST is good except the is no room to grow in the company. My co worker are so fun to work with and I work well in a group even individualy.I learn some place which I never saw because we work different companies.The most challenging thing is cleaning chemicals when you have sinuses. I am someone who is a go getter and I don't see myself working in this COMPANY in 5 years time;
