Personnel growth
I like working to a warehouse, special managing the stock. I like it challenges, i mostly like when i have to resolve the descrepency on loadind. It too challenging because you have to know the load as if you were there while loading. I like do work day shift hours. I worked well with my team, I tought them to report any default they notice i loading process. I learn to be accountable for others mistacks, when the loading checker made a mistack I then be acountable as a services manager on site.

I have learn different cultures of people
i worked at lebowa company which is our family company, i was a delivery man who is deliviring tent,chairs and tables for funerals and marriages,i then went to bidvest in 2012 worked there were we were meeting many challenges of traivelling where it sometimes gives us a truck wich it is not in roadworthy but i keep on working for the sake of my future,my wife and my kids,it was contract at bidvest it ended in june 2013

I currently like to work under bidvest
As I have done with my studies as an HR management ,I'm looking something better than that I have now. I would love to achieved my goals ,career and my dream as an HR manager . I though bidvest is a better company for now.

My time at gallerger convention centre
We meet new customers every day and people are different, what I have learned is to always greet your customers with a smile and keep eye contact with your customers. Always be honest and never tell the customer you don't know, simply let them know that you will find out about their request. Customer service is one of or the most important factor in retail and events. I also need to be punctual when coming to work. When arriving at work I need to dress neatly and smart. I also have learned not to give your supervisors attitude because they are the ones who show you how to do the job correctly.

Hard worker

it was hard to me because we were used ti drive the truck that is unroad worthy(expired).sometimes you come across the traffic is were i was seeing that is not normal,but joing your company i think it will be good for me to forget about the past,i was a hardworker even though we were strugling especially when coming to meet the traffic cooper,but now i think im still strong and hardworker to work for your company,i think you wont regret by choosing me,i'm a responsible man who is looking after his family,a motivator,creative one,innovative and ambitious,i will look forward to hear from you.

New expirience everday
To work with diferent people everyday and to learn from them ,cause we differ in our personalities.and when im done with my work .i help with what my coligue ask me to assist with.my co-workers are my motivation i feel at home when im around them we get along very well.what i enjoy the most is to leave my job complete.the challaging part is when we dont show respect to one another.
