The company policies are changing every day, management have flavours to white employees, no internal training, relationship with other employees was 100%, nothing learned during my working experience,new challenges on working environment and head office changes management at any time for no reason

Site manager

Site manager at Evander Gold Mine ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered on daily basis. inspection of parade, company vehicles, prepare the firearms and ammunition for the branch and arrange manpower to disrupt the illegal miners inside the Mine premises. To work as an administration clerk on members AWOLs, late coming disciplinary steps were it needed and conducting on the job training with my co-workers and planned task observation, monthly she match. I really enjoy new challenges like investigating the crime cases were theft of mine property involved. investigation is the most aspect of my daily job

Better

Bidvest protea coin group is a very big company but as an employee we not happy cause some we use our particulars but they don't pay us for that I have two kids and wife I'm I suppose to provide for them and my mom she is old enough I also supposed to provide for them
