Excellent opportunities to execute the roles and responsibilities

The current company doesn't consider it's internal staff development or growth. It recruit new people with no expertise and people who don't understand our core business.typical work day

I enjoy working and i would like to grow from this department to another.

Cleaner- Maintaining kitchen & Office’s hygiene, stock control in the kitchen, Setting boardrooms and preparing tea and coffee for meetings. Preparing lunch table for staff. Office Assistant- switchboard operator, maintain office outlook, filing, Faxing, scan and E-mail. Binding Documents, Scan/ email, making use of copy machine. Laminating and Courier documents.

Cons: 8 hrs

Excellent learning

I'm kind of hard working person, passionate, I'm a very motivated person. So I'm looking for hotel job because I have a knowledge about cleaning and to be a housekeeping.

Pros: It will be a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: I can work long hours and also I can work under a lot of pressure.

I do enjoy my work but the salary is very little for the amount of work that we have

Typical day: Start at 7:00, Sweep, mopping thereafter making tea / coffee. Prepare boardroom for meetings. Washing dishes, cleaning all bins and desks. Cleaning of bathroom (deep cleaning once a month) Have a very good relationship with my co-workers and with staff in general I don't have any challenges in my work place, if I don't understand anything or have a problem with something, I ask and have it sorted out

Pros: I enjoy my work
Cons: Long working hours and salary is very little

A good and health relationship with my co workers i also believe that i will have a the same understanding with the colleague i will be working with them

Excellent career movements

growth and transformation is not easily accessible.Lack of technology or rather unprovided.however it's an extremely large company therefore it is not easy to grow.
