Exuduse to my dream
Working in my company has been the coolest experience in my life,I met different kinds of people celebrities and rich people..I work 9 hours a day.My day is all about making sure the bar clean all packed up,prepare food for passengers refilling the server,check in passengers and making sure my working environment is clean.I have cool,young and loving co-wokers,we help each arther. I've learnt how to play a specific role in a group,I've learnt how to stay positive at all time and I've learnt how to do good business and provide the best service to your customers. I enjoy working around sweet people where we all get along and I also enjoy working with different people. My challenge in this job will be the working I don't sleep enough, have to be at work by 03:30am..a,another thing would be dealing with uptight passengers..

Things to be checked at receiving, traceability, labeling, FIFO
At the beginning it was very difficult to adapt to their shift rotation(05:00-14:00 early shift, 10:00-1900 mid then 16:00-01:00 late shift) but fortunately a year later got promoted as a F&B Attendant which I’m working Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 the staff is amazing, i’ve got a very good relationship with the staff, management, suppliers including drivers not to mention customers because some of them I’m familiar with them from ma previous job. I have learned a lot from this job from receiving food things you need to be checked and recorded like temperatures, expiry dates, batch numbers, invoice numbers, allergens, quality and quantity.
Pros: I started at entry level as general assistant but in a period of 3 moths got promoted as Lounge Attendant(customer care) then a year later got promoted again as a F&B Attendant
Cons: My 1st year I was working shifts which it was very difficult and unusual 1stly but got used and adapted(early shift 05:00 am till 14:00, mid 10:00 am till 19:00 and late shift from 16:00 till 01:am)

Excellent learning
I enjoy to work here because I'm learning to opparate the kitchen and I've learned a lot It's nice to work with my coworkers I'm a good team player the most challenging is when it is a season

Excellent learning curve
Work in a 7 day operations environment. Work closely with customers and staff. Very good relationship with top management and staff. I've received plenty of exposure. I love working with and around people. Job entitles a lot of deadlines, this has taught me to manage my time effectively.
Pros: Received 3 promotions in 5 years
Cons: Shift work ie weekend

Different experience which provides me with an excellent learning curve.
A busy lounge with a huge client base. However, it does not pay it's employees sufficiently when comparing what they get paid to the actual work that takes place.
Pros: No pros for working at this company.
Cons: Long working hours and shift changes.

Growing myself
Its a busy environment with early hours of the morning.there is no much growth and sometimes we don't rest.there is nothing to learn.always there is tension amongst workers.they can fire you within an twinkle of an eye.there is no professionalism especially from the seniors and most employees.
Pros: there are very slim chances of promotions
Cons: the shifts are too much
