I’m currently working at Bidvest PaperPlus corporate services in IT department as a Desktop Support, since June 2014 till date .my job is to remotely solve any IT related issues that users have daily. I’m also an administrator on our leave intranet site called Lithonet. I create, and manage users on that system. I also manage users on our active directory, and Microsoft mail exchange. I’m able to install, configure and work on a Docmate server, Dims system and Syspro. I completed my Diploma in IT Management in 2013 at Rosebank College. I have a strong focus on IT Support, with the desire to explore and learn from all spheres of the field. I am goal-driven, self-motivated and passionate about my work.
