Pros: I wish I could point out some pros because since I've been there's no growth for anyone people are in the same position for years

Working in the Motor Industry

I enjoy working in the motor industry and have a passion for finance. I build management tools to make life easier for myself and co workers. I have a very good relationship with my co workers and love working with people and to see them grow in their position. I work well under pressure and not afraid to work hard and to go the extra mile to achieve my and the companies goals.

Pros: Company Benefits and Industry
Cons: No opportunity for promotion and gets undermined a lot
