Bidvest is big company working in many industries all over the world

We great guest when they enter the Hotel as I work as housemen and assist management to check the keys that are singned back for the store rooms for the next shift,then check the dates and occupancey of the room to imform housekeeping the number of rooms to be cleaned, communicate well with my team as a leader to coplete the task for the day.The most charlenging aspect is when the guest waiting at the Lobby and we had to be more faster as we can to complete the rooms becouse of higher occupancy more guest.

I believe that working for the company helped me grow professionally

it is very interesting to work for the company but the problem is the management ,and the fact that we are not getting paid well.every month one has to query for their salaries. I have learnt to work under pressure as the industry is very busy,to interact with different people,to work as a team

Pros: i was promoted to being supervisor
