Excellent Learning Curve

In my position everyday is an hectic day. I got a very good relationship with all my subordinates from different Cultures. I have learnt that you as a Manager cannot force down respect onto people. You need to earn it. I enjoy when we achieved our Customer Service target on a daily basis and then also Congratulate my Subordinates because without them it will not be possible. The most challenging aspect of the job is to get all deliveries out to our Customers on a daily basis

Highly motivated individual, strive to be an asset to my employer.

I have been with my company for 11 years. I was awarded the Employee of the year certificate in 2012. I strive to be an asset to my employer. I meet with suppliers daily to source existing and new products at the best prices at all time.

Good learning curve but challenging

Mondays and Tuesdays are the most challenging days simply because there's a certain target that must be achieved. That is only made more challenging by trucks that arrive late from their deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances. As they need to be loaded and to deliver stock in the required time. Besides all those challenges, I've had an opportunity to work with a very great and dedicated team that always showed me that hardships are only mastered by endurance.

Pros: The company offers great opportunities for growth
Cons: Long hours and shortage of staff in certain departments
